Interview
The interview process begins with a 40 minute phone interview.During the phone interview you are asked which 3 positions you are interested in then asked about your previous jobs. It is a behavioral interview so be prepared with stories related to the questions asked because they require more than a yes or no answer. After the phone interview if you do well they will set up a in person interview. That is the stage that I am now. Will update after interview.
Apply online. In a few days I received a message to schedule a phone interview. Then you are scheduled for a video interview or in person interview with the hiring team.

interview process was great and provided great information regarding the company and culture set by the wegmans brand. I think this company truly cares for what they stand for and it reflects in the employees who run the operations

Interview was handled by the employee advocate and one of the head chefs of the store. Basic experience questions, able to work in an environment where you do stuff, etc etc.
