Applied online for Part-time Sub Shop. Received an about a 1.5 month later that they were interviewing for the position and to call for an interview. First interview was on the phone, about 30 minutes long, ended up being interviewed for the coffee shop because they had a lot of positions open and I preferred the coffee shop over sub shop. The questions are not necessarily hard, there is just a lot of them, and they ask about your current and future availability. The interviewer called me back and hour later to schedule an in-person interview. In-person interview was with two people, basically the same questions as on the phone, but usually formed a different way. The interview was about 30-40 minutes long. They hand wrote all of my answers down, so that's why it took a little longer. I received a call the following afternoon, and they offered me the position.
