Interview is usually easier to crack. The only thing you need to have is a class 5 license in order to qualify for the interview and the right availability. They give you the detailed knowledge how a normal day of a technician would look like which is a good thing.

over the phone, straightforward get to know you questions about your background and interest in sales and landscaping services, got hired on the spot and began in house training the next day.
