The interview process was relatively simple, but challenging. The 1:1 interviews with the team leader and the CTO were more conversations that explored my experience and what I and the company were looking for. The real interview was the trial week where I was PAID to work on a project. I believe this process was the absolute best way for me to show my skills and for me to interview the entire company.
