The interview process was very brief. Sat down with 4 individuals, one of which was the director of the program. 1 interviewer didn't say a word, and their questions didn't really allow me to show my best qualities, and before I knew it, it was over in like 10 minutes. Had I done it over, I would just interject what I wanted them to know, as kindly and casually as I could. I hope to work her, and the work culture is great, as I had a short internship with them. I lveo this type of work, and would be a great fit for the job. I just sent them a thank you letter, 2 days after interview, as is unwritten law, and will make a follow up call in 2 weeks if I heard nothing as of then. If I can't get no one on the phone, I will send a follow up letter in 2 weeks. But, hopefully, a decision will be made before then.
