HR and hiring managers were not honest or transparent about the situation in the team during the hiring process - high turnover rate, false promises about bonus payout, giving false hopes about upcoming better staff welfare. The hiring team somewhat over-glamorized the company, and the actual work environment differed from what was described during interviews.

Simple interview, took about an hr. Supervisor asked a few technical questions. HR asked more general questions probably just to see your communication skills. There will be a round with the CEO, basically just a chitchatting session.
