      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Webilize

      Interview

I applied for a job posting and received a prompt response. I was then asked to provide specific work samples across different categories, which I submitted as requested. Following this, I was given a rather open-ended task even before the initial interview, which struck me as somewhat unconventional. After completing the assignment, I did not receive any further communication. When candidates invest time in providing samples and projects and advance through multiple stages, it would be appreciated if employers could take a moment to provide feedback or at least inform candidates about the outcome, rather than leaving them in the dark. Additionally, I believe that assigning tasks after an initial interview might be more effective, as it allows applicants to gain a better understanding of the employer's expectations and determine if the position aligns with their goals. Clear and timely communication at all stages of the hiring process can significantly improve the overall candidate experience.
