      Marketing Interview

      25 Oct 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Webflow

      Interview

I went through the full interview process, including conversations with the recruiter, hiring manager, peer reviews, and a technical assessment. Overall, everything went well until the end. They mentioned I would receive an update on Thursday, but I didn’t hear back until I followed up on Friday—only then did I learn I wasn’t selected. It felt unprofessional to leave candidates waiting for an answer they likely already had, especially delivering a rejection late on a Friday evening. It reflects a lack of consideration for candidates’ time and effort.

      Interview

Many rounds with many people plus an extensive project that had to be presented over zoom. It was a very time consuming and protracted process that took place over the course of several months. Not considerate to applicants. .

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Webflow in May 2024

      Interview

The process started out very transparently. The recruiter was communicative and helpful. However, after a couple of interviews, the experience began to feel a bit inconsistent. Some interviewers came prepared, while others didn't seem to know anything about the role I was interviewing for. Several of the interviewers were also significantly late to the interviews, including one who was over 20 minutes late. In the end, I was told that I did well and that I would hear about next steps soon, including a project exercise. A week or two later I got a boilerplate rejection email, which caught me off guard. Overall not a bad experience, but there seemed to be some red flags that suggested to me that there was a lack of organization or communication behind the scenes.
