I applied online. I interviewed at WebbMason (Hunt Valley, MD) in Nov 2018
Interview
Total interview process was three rounds - First with HR, then department manager and finally the lead sales person. Overall experience took about a month. Super friendly and descriptive of the position.
I applied through other source. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at WebbMason (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2016
Interview
The job description online doesn't give the "full picture". This is actually a very entry level basic job with high volume sourcing, data entry, project tracking, and basic office skills. This is not marketing - not account management - much closer to a/r and administrative support of sales reps.
The sales reps get the business and say YES then turn it over to this role to source a vendor, craft a proposal, and ensure everything happens in the time frame the sales rep promises.

Tell me about a time when you had to find a solution when things wouldn't happen on time for the schedule from vendors.
