Very long. I met with 9 people through multiple visits, and had to submit a writing sample. Seems like they are trying to be Goldman Sach's little brother. I interviewed with one guy and he told me that he's often in the office until 10:00 PM.

After submitting my application (and it being reviewed), HR reached out to me to select availability for an interview. I was able to choose from several options, and the same day I submitted my availability they sent me a Teams invite for the interview. The first interview was with a VP in Compliance. It lasted somewhere between 30 minutes and an hour. We discussed my previous experience, why I was looking to transition, and what applicable skills I could bring to the CM role. A few days after the first interview, HR emailed me asking for more available times for a second interview. The second interview was with three team members; two CMs and one Compliance Analyst. They asked me scenario-based questions and asked for more detail on my current role and experience. That interview was also 30-60 minutes.
