Interview
Wealthsimple’s interview includes a recruiter screen, technical or case assessments, team interviews, and a culture fit round. Focus on communication, problem-solving, mission alignment, and clear reasoning; process lasts ~2 weeks.
The interview process consisted of two rounds. Both rounds were very straightforward and well-structured, with clear questions and expectations. The interviewers were professional and made the experience smooth and easy to follow. Overall, the process was efficient, transparent, and respectful of my time.
