My interview experience was absolutely terrible. I applied online and received a response to schedule an initial interview within a week over video call. This first interview went great; the person interviewing me was kind, attentive and made me even more excited about this role. Shortly after that I received an email asking to schedule a second interview with someone higher up in the company. This was where everything went bad. The person interviewing me seemed like he didn’t want to be talking to me, interrupted most of my responses and was extremely condescending. I was told that I had no experience and that I wouldn’t be able to keep up with the company despite the fact that this is an entry level role and that I have several years of customer service experience. Interview questions were basic questions for a customer service facing job. Mainly behavioral type questions and questions about experience.
