Most unprofessional recruiters and totally chaotic process. Had first round with recruiter then with VP on phone. Then I was asked to come to their hq in NYC for 4 hours. Day before interview recruiter sent me the agenda with 6 hours, that meant taking a day off from work for me ..she didn't budge or change anything. I went anyway, and to my surprise the whole process was super chaotic. They sat me down on a sofa that was super weird and the interwer sat in a chair in front of me with his/her laptop open continuously typing as they asked questions. And every interviewer asked the same questions. Towards the end I was irritated with how the whole thing was going. 1 week waiting and no reply from the recruiter, on my follow up she said that they are rethinking that position because of internal changes. What a joke!
After 2 months another recruiter calls me for same position in another group. I told her to check my feedback in their system,after all everyone who typed so much they should have something! She says she did but because it's another group I have to do 7 hours of face to face interview again...noway I was going to waste my time! Finally she checks back with the team and says 3 hours of video interview. The interviewers were all from Amazon recently started at we work. Their intro was full of what they did at Amazon and barely told me anything about what they are doing at we work.
Stay away from this chaotic interview process!
