Well over 10 interviews for an entry-level position. The head of the department was so uninformed on the subject matter I felt like it was an opportunistic conversation; he wanted to know how to do his job, or shall I say how I would have done his job. WeWork is by far the most unprofessional, unorganized and uninformed business I have ever to-date come in contact with. Some of their managers are heading departments and teams with little to no experience in the area. They hire people in lower level positions to run the show with little to no support, technology or guidance. I suppose you can't offer guidance when the person you're managing has more experience than you. Dodge this bullet, trust me!
