Authentic? One of the core values for WeWork is Authentic. Complete lie. This hiring process is truly unprofessional and reflects poorly for their top leadership. From previous comments it looks like this is a tactic they use to avoid work.
I applied for the position knowing I was overqualified in hopes of learning and eventually getting promoted within a "good" company. I applied online on a Thursday and heard back on the next Monday. I scheduled a Zoom interview on the next Thursday. The interview was easy and casual. The recruiter asked if I was interested in coming in and speaking with a hiring manager and seeing one of the sites. I accepted. She said she will follow up and schedule the second interview. Immediately after our interview I sent a "Thank you" email. A week went by and I never heard from her. Two weeks go by and nothing. I send a follow up email in regards to the second interview. Nothing. I never hear back and it seems they will not reach back out anytime soon now. It is not the recruiters fault but it seems that their top tier management is giving instructions for this kind of behavior. If they were to reach out and offer me a position today I would clearly decline. This just reflects how poor they treat their hiring process and I can only imagine the kind of employees they actually hire.

entrevista online com recrutadora bem direta, tranquila e dinâmica. vaga com salário abaixo do mercado, mas boa oportunidade de crescimento dentro da empresa. processo um pouco longo... 4 etapas no total
Four rounds of interviews with one in person building visit. One interview, zoom interview, in person visit w/ interview, final interview over zoom. It's a long and arduous process that didn't really sit well with me, but they do like to be thorough about who they're hiring based on first impressions. It's a lot of in person, customer service stuff with face to face interactions so it makes sense. Still, four rounds is kind of crazy.
