I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at WeWork in Sept 2017
Interview
I had 2 interviews, both on Google Hangout. The first one was less than 10 minutes and then she asked if I had any questions. The recruiter on the first interview talked so fast and seemed distracted and uninterested in my answers. The second interview was similar in that it was 10 minutes long and then she asked if I had questions. I filled the space with thoughtful questions and then it was over. Neither interviewer asked me about my relevant work experience or what I could add to their team, why I think I'm the perfect candidate for the position...it left me no room to really sell myself. I followed up via email and then was told that "We had a very competitive pool of candidates for the Community Associate position and had to make a difficult decision. Unfortunately, we have decided not to move forward with your application." I wish they had gotten to know me more and learned about my professional skill set. I would've loved to work for them.

Question 1
I applied online. I interviewed at WeWork (São Paulo, São Paulo) in May 2026
Interview
Four rounds of interviews with one in person building visit. One interview, zoom interview, in person visit w/ interview, final interview over zoom. It's a long and arduous process that didn't really sit well with me, but they do like to be thorough about who they're hiring based on first impressions. It's a lot of in person, customer service stuff with face to face interactions so it makes sense. Still, four rounds is kind of crazy.
