The whole process was very extensive- Phone interview - sent email with further questionnaires(personality test) -record check- face to face interview (45 mins ) sent to main headquarters for a week of training

Interview
Had a phone interview and completed a questionnaire. I was asked to come in for an interview. I didn’t hear anything back. I followed up with the person who interviewed me. I was told that the job went to a more experienced candidate. The idiot who interviewed me told me that my lack of experience wouldn’t count against me, but it did. What a waste of my time!
