Wayside Publishing interview questions

I had a phone screen with a recruiter. Then I waited around for about a month, hearing nothing. I emailed twice and just received responses along the lines of "the hiring team is going to make decisions soon". The position was then "paused" as they needed to reevaluate their team structure and priorities.
