Interesting interview process with only phone calls. ED was cold and judgemental, their response rate was slow and I just didn't get a good felling. I ultimately didn't get the job, and that was just fine with me. However, I was very surprised that they ended up hiring someone with very little experience when the job listing had so many requirements.
