I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair (Berlin) in Jan 2024
Interview
Very professional and candidate-friendly interview experience
I applied for Online Marketing Associate and got a response a few days later. The interviewer was very friendly and professional, she was able to answer all my questions and also explained a lot of cool benefits at the company. I found out at the end of the interview that I had passed to the 2nd round, and someone from candidate experience followed up with me quickly. I think the recruiting/candidate experience deserves some praise here! This was a much friendlier and more efficient process than I’ve seen at other companies.
They also sent me some information to prepare for the case study interview, it was a video where candidates answer mock questions and they explain how you should prepare to answer questions in the interview. This is definitely helpful for candidates and removes some of the fear and mystery!
Downsides
Preparation needed for case study, ok, not the worst, but still some
Policy was 4 days a week in office, not sure if it has changed since then. Not ideal.

Question 1
Asked me to describe a big project and how I handled it/broke it down into stages
I applied online. I interviewed at Wayfair (Boston, MA) in Jan 2026
Interview
Interview process was fairly straightforward: recruiter screening, followed by a case interview, followed by a final round interview with a team member. Overall was a mixed bag, I met with some people that were enthusiastic while others seemed less interested.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to work with ambiguity?
Went through multiple rounds pretty smoothly, took a wile to schedule times with the recruiter. Cancelled my last round an hour before and never heard why or back from them.
