Applied through referral. The process took 2 weeks. Location Banglore 5 rounds including OA. Performed well in all the rounds, got LH in coding rounds, unsure about the non-tech rounds but I did well. Later, the recruiter told me they strictly hire people only from BLR for L2. I was committed to relocating and clearly communicated that to the recruiter and in the HR round. Apparently, L2s will accept the offer and not relocate at the last minute, while other levels will relocate to BLR. At least the recruiter could've told me that in the initial calls. No feedback was given after the final panel discussion. Total waste of time. Will never re-apply They do in-person interviews for HM & HR rounds. But since I wasn't in BLR it was done online. So much confusion around that too. The whole process felt unorganized
