I applied online but I also got a friend of a friend to refer me. After 2 days I got an email asking for a phone screening, which went well. Then there was an in-person office visit the next week which included a tour, meeting with 2 team members for 30 minutes, meeting with the manager of the team (another 30), then a 15-minute presentation on a topic of my choice (since teaching training is a part of the job), a Q&A on the presentation, a writing sample (email reply to HR question and email announcement of employee volunteering opportunity), and then a debrief with the coordinator. About a week later I got an email that I had not gotten the job.
The questions during the interview weren't particularly hard, but they had an attitude of skepticism which I suppose comes from interviewing so many people. It was also disappointing that the coordinator had mixed up which room we were meeting in, so the entire schedule was thrown off by about 20 minutes.
