Phone interview where they tell you about the job. and ask questions to get to know your job history, then if recruiter approves you get an interview with management, then drug test if offered. Take drug test if passed 30 training program.

Interview
Asked questions about current experience and explained job role. Took time to listen to all of my questions and gave me the opportunity to learn schedule hours and training. He explained that training would be intense and very strict on attendance as well as made sure I understand that attendance is awarded for perfect attendance.

If they like your resume they email you to set up a phone interview. If that goes well then they'll have you take a personality test, typing test, and mock phone call test. Then comes the in-person interview, which is the most chill part I felt. Lasted about an hour.
