Question 1
Case study on A/B testing.
Contol and variants were given for 3 different scenarios
Recruiter reached out on LinkedIn and we setup a time to chat about my background and the company. They sent through a lot of resources about the company and tried to help me understand the culture. Had a 2nd interview with the hiring manager to chat through the role and the day-to-day; they asked me about my experience and then I had the opportunity to ask several questions to ensure I'd like the job. A few days later I got an automated email saying they were moving forward with other candidates but provided no feedback or guidance as to why.
My recommendation is to be more personable and help candidates understand areas they can improve in so that they won't be turned off the company in the future (as I am currently feeling). For example, I've gotten very direct, yet actionable feedback from other employers who did not give me an offer which I appreciated.
