It took one month to onsite interview, and finally got rejected. After resume screening, a HR emailed to me for some data projects I"ve done. Then a hiring manager did a 30 minute phone talk with me. Very basic behavior questions. Then there're 4 rounds in the on-site interview. behavior+ critical thinking (simple math) + one case (why revenue goes down) + SQL.
