The interview process went very smoothly. I was walked through the warehouse and informed of how daily operations would take place. A couple of days after the interview, I went on vacation and got the job offer. The recruiter hounded me, calling and emailing multiple times daily (as I was trying to enjoy vacation, which she was well aware of). I was looking forward to the job at first, but I felt cornered, pressured, and forced to submit the offer acceptance. I didn’t have a chance to think about the opportunity on my own without being constantly bothered by the recruiter. I was given a deadline which I was adhering to, but the annoyance and persistence by the recruiter threw me off and made me feel like she wasn’t giving me a chance to decide for myself. In the end, I unfortunately decided not to take the job because of the amount of pressure put on me by the recruiter.
