I applied online and received an email after a week arranging a phone interview. I was asked questions that were not put down as requirement on the job criteria, for e.g. about having professional Excel skills. My interviewer was not clear and didn't ask clear questions. She seemed like she wanted to rush through the interview and wasn't interested in what I had to say as an answer to her questions. Her tone of voice also made it seem as if she was looking down on me as an interviewer. Overall very negative experience, and I felt glad that I wasn't going to a business that don't value their employees. I believe I got a taster of the company and would NEVER look back at it ever again and would recommend everyone to stay away from it.
