Interview
You go through three rounds of interviews each lasting approximately 40 minutes . Half of the questions are based on management/commonsense/conflict resolution the other half i would designate as feel good questions , what is your motivation or your WHY? Give an example of a time you went out of your way to help someone , What is the most recent book you've read .

what is your WHY, what is that thing that gives you strength to push through the difficult moments . Share an instance where you had to coach on the spot , how did the situation unfold and what is the outcome .
