I had a telephone screening only. It lasted about 45 minutes with the expected questions. It was a very emotionless conversation. I periodically followed up for about 6 weeks after on their process, with the hiring manager responding that I was still in consideration. However I received no follow up when the job was closed.

I had an initial phone interview within a week of applying, and had my face-to-face interview about three weeks later. I had two managers interview me, and felt very comfortable and fairly treated. As promised they made a quick decision and I had a job offer within a week.
