Wave Engineering Manager - Support Product interview questions

Structure: - 1 recruiter screen - 1 systems design interview (with an eng manager peer) - 1 technical project deep dive (with my lead) - 1 management coaching interview (with the PM I'd be working with) - 1 culture fit "interview" (was more of a check-in/CTO sign-off) Wave were incredibly responsive and accommodating to my timelines throughout the whole process. Every single interviewer I met was personable, passionate, mission-driven and honest (about what the liked and disliked about working at Wave). As a result, through the process I could really start to see myself fitting in culturally to the org. Through the process, I met the PM I would be working closely with and the CTO during the process which gave me confidence that I was building a reliable mental model for the people I'd be working with. When I received the offer, there was also a true no-negotiation approach (all salaries are fully transparent internally). Big plus from me.
