The interview process was handled professionally.
Interviewers were very skillful in their approach and courteous for the entire duration of the journey.
Staff made a good representation of the Wave company and brand.

- Implimentation plan of an OIT service delivery framework to better provide IT support.
- Detailed explanation of steps necessary and issues that may arise in its implimentation.

My interviews were interesting overall. A little stressful at first, but talking with cool recruiters and interviewers made it super relaxed. The recruitment process took a while but I liked it.
