Met with teachers, principals in a interview panel atmosphere and each had a list of questions which they asked. Some were how would you handle certain situations in the classroom, and why you think you would be a good fit from each panel member. It took about an hour and half as the first 1/2 hour i had to fill out paperwork then the interview itself was about an hour. They gave time at the end for me to ask any questions I might have.
