Interview
Very brief we talked about my athletic background, things we have in common, my sibling that works in the company, and why I chose Waterway. Many basic interview questions, but for the most part we talked about my past accomplishments and how they impacted me and various other bland topics. The interview are not intense for entry level jobs.
I sent in my resume and then went in to take the interview. I talked with the store manager who is was kind and asked good questions. After I was Hired, the took me through orientation.

Question 1
Are you able to stay focused under stressful and extreme temperature conditions?
The interview process was pretty straightforward, asking simple questions about yourself and your work ethic. There was a call, to begin with, which was a short interview to eventually set up an official interview.

Interview
It was pretty fast and I was hired for immediate employment. I had to do a phone interview and go into the store. After I was hired I went to a class with other people then had my first day the next day.
