The interview process can be long but intentional. Several virtual/phone interviews before being brought in for a day of meeting the team and interviews. Spent the entire day meeting the team and went to lunch. Great experience overall. Appreciated the prayer and intentionality.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Water Mission
Interview
The interviewers were kind and answered all my questions. However, at the end of the interview, I was asked my opinion on homosexuality and abortion, which are irrelevant to this job.

Question 1
Do you agree that marriage is between one man and one woman?
The interviewer was friendly. They did ask me to pray at the end of the interview, and a lot of questions were asked about my personal faith, so it’s clear discipleship is important here. My biggest frustration is that I went through two interviews and spent over a day working on the technical project, and the recruiter ghosted me for a couple of days before replying to my second email to let me know they had hired someone else. When I asked for feedback on my technical project and what I could have done better, they had no feedback to provide, so it didn’t even feel like a good learning opportunity. I feel like my time was disrespected and the level of communication was inconsiderate considering my investment.
