WatchGuard Technologies Systems Administrator interview questions

Interview was three stages. Phone interview with HR to review opportunity. Phone interview to test basic understanding of job role and personal job history review. In personal review with all team members, starting with lowest rank IT personnel, other admins, then with department manager. The discussion centered around job history and personal experience. My questions centered around open projects and inter-departmental cooperation.
