Meet lead engineer from each trade, electric, mechanical, control, process, engineering manager and owner. Learned each persons responsibilities and discussed day to day operations. Was provided tour of mfg floor.

Phone interview, they contacted me via phone and asked about previous projects I had worked on, No technical questions were asked just generic info about my resume and start date.
