One phone call and one main interview in-person. The phone call was brief and they asked basic personality questions. During the in-person interview, they explained the job and daily tasks in detail. They provide you with an overview of the road commission and what it looks like to do communications work for the public. You get to meet the team members you would be working with and you can tell the whole team a little bit about yourself. The whole interview took under an hour. Everyone was very friendly and easy to talk to.
