The interview consisted of approximately 6 questions that were relatively straightforward. They were more focused around behavioral questions rather than technical questions revolving around engineering knowledge. The interview was more casual.

Interview was done over zoom with a panel of 4 engineers who worked in the State Materials Laboratory where I applied too. Each engineer had a set of questions they asked mostly relating to general workplace questions with specific questions about qualifications on resume.
