Washington State Bar Association Program Lead interview questions

I submitted my resume and got a call within a week. Then was called in for a two hour in-person interview with the hiring manager and a peer interview that had case studies in the interview. Was not impressed with the receptionist that did not even make eye contact and interviewers discussing the interview strategy at the time of interview right outside of the interview room. No standard, prepared questions. Disappointed with their lack of preparedness.
