Brief Interview, takes several weeks to actually get hired because of the extremely slow human resources dept

It takes extremely long for their HR department to set up an interview - about one month. Interview itself was one on one with the General Manager. Took less than 10 minutes and basically reviewed my application and previous experience. It was a little chaotic because people were coming and going in the room - very distracting.
