I had expected to come in only for an interview. But the manager had given me a tour of the building and started my training immediately after only asking 2-4 questions.

Had a phone interview where the hiring manager asked some questions and then she asked for an in person interview where we went over schedules and more about the job. She showed me around the workplace and then offered me the job on the spot.
