Wasabi interview questions

I was invited for an interview at 12pm, I arrived there on time and was told to wait 15 minutes for the manager. After that the manager comes out and there was another person who was also interviewing at the same time as me and I thought it may be a group interview. The manager made me wait almost an hour for my turn which they themselves said to come at 12pm for my interview only for it to start an hour ish later. After the interview the manager asked to come a day after for a trial shift and I couldn’t do it today because someone else was already there. I was polite the whole time but I couldn’t believe what had just happened.
