      Project Manager Interview

      25 Feb 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Warner Pacific in Jan 2025

      Interview

I interviewed for a PM position, and the process took several weeks. The process started with a discussion with HR. And then over a week later was the first official interview (Over an hour long) that seemed to go very well with two operations people. And then over a week later, there was yet another review with two more people (one based in Detroit and another long-time operations person from CA). Then over a week later I received an email saying that another candidate was chosen, and no feedback was provided. I feel like I was led on to go through so many interviews only to get an email saying I was not selected with no feedback. It ended up being a big waste of my time. I feel like they are likely over-staffed if they can have so many people spend so much time interviewing.
