I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Warner Bros. (Burbank, CA)
Interview
Hiring process was very detailed. They called all my previous employers to verify my salary history. They also did a very extensive background check on me, including my overseas employment. Every time they hit a stumbling block they would call me and ask me to call my previous employer so that they would accept the call from HR and would talk to them about my salary. It was kind of too much, but I really wanted to get the job so I played along.

Question 1
I was interviewed by a VP of my department, who was a great communicator and a pleasure to talk to. I don't remember any difficult or unexpected question. Everything was very nice, civil and to the point.
The interview was more like a casual conversation than an interview. It allowed me to really get to know the hiring manager and their leader. We talked about how the job posting is a wish list, but specific items are more important than others

Question 1
What is something about yourself that you are working on?
Recruiters are very nice to work with. The process was fairly simple with an interview with a recruiter and then an interview with the supervisor for the role. Good experience.
I applied through other source. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Warner Bros. in Feb 2020
Interview
Quick and organized interview process. I had a two hour interview that felt like I was speaking to long term colleagues. It took a couple weeks to receive the written offer after the verbal offer, but all in all a great candidate experience!
