3 stages: Written Application , Video Interview (Pre-recorded - quite informal questions), and Assessment Day (On-site.) The interview included two group activities (one in a team to propose something) and the other with a task that was observed to evaluate how well you work and communicate in a team. Based on my experience at the assessment centre and what I've observed from previous interns at WBD, they seem to only end up hiring students from specific universities (mainly the Russell Group). Not to demotivate you, but it seemed as if some applicants at the assessment day were used as tokens for 'equal opportunities' with no real intention of hiring them.
