Initially a phone call and then was invited to a virtual assessment centre. First introductions, then a group exercise which was assessed and then interviews with various members of the team. Overall it was okay and the recruiting team were very friendly, however technical difficulties meant a few times my individual interviews got cut short when they rotated the candidates. This may have been due to working with a new platform as this was during the pandemic.
