In all honestly, it felt more like a lottery to get an interview and a job offering. When they visit my college campus, it was one of the places to go work for. I've been trying for years but only got far to a video interview. They said connections are the key, but many people who I tried talking to that either currently or were employees there would talk very little to say nothing at all.
