After about 2 months of application, I did a video interview where it asks you about 10 questions and you have 3 minutes to respond to each question. The second interview was about a month later with the team which was just asking about my experience and talking more about the job and lasted about an hour. The interviews went nice, people were great to talk to. After the second interview, they said they would have a conclusion after they finished this round of interviews and expect to hear back in 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks I got an email from HR asking if I was still interested in the position and said they should reach a decision in the next 2 weeks. I never heard back from them. Nice team and positive interviews but they will ghost you.
