My interview process consisted of three rounds: 1. recorded video interview 2. 1:1 interview with the hiring manager 3. phone interview with the hiring manager's manager. The entire process took about a month from the first interview to the offer. The video interview was straightforward and not complicated. You're able to do some practice questions and test out the platform prior to your video interview, so there is time to get familiar with how it works and the types of questions you may be asked. The in-person interview went smoothly. My interviewer was very professional and outlined the position in clear detail. We also discussed my work experience and how it related to the position. I felt very positive after this interview because of how organic the conversation went and how closely my skills aligned with the responsibilities. Like the in-person interview, the phone interview also went very well. It was a casual conversation about the team, the role and how we would be working together. It made me look forward to wanting to work with this team. I also want to give a shout out to HR for doing an outstanding job keeping me informed every step of the way. The HR rep I spoke with was extremely professional, had a great sense of humor and was available to answer any questions I had. Her enthusiasm and excitement for me made me feel like an actual candidate instead of a number. Hands down, the interview and hiring process was the best one I've experienced out of any company I've interviewed for. The company's professionalism and interest in my candidacy showed how great the culture was and solidified my decision in wanting to work at Turner.
