Fue muy rápido. Sus entrevistas son demasiado light, no se toman el tiempo en conocer al candidato. En mi segunda entrevista fue en español siendo que el puesto era 100% en inglés, solo me preguntaron si sabía ingles. No tuvo nada que ver las preguntas con el rol, una pregunta fue de su cultura la cual me pareció muy vaga.
Initial screening was great, and the recruiter was very friendly. After I made it to round 2 (I did a decent job), I was COMPLETELY ghosted. No contact at all, even from the recruiter who insisted I reach out to him for ANY help whatsoever. Bad bad not good.
